
A business roadmap for an arts non-profit in Baltimore
Value Proposition
The Johns Hopkins chapter of Design for America was tasked with applying the design thinking process to create a business plan for the arts non-profit Le Mondo. Our team interviewed 10+ key stakeholders to understand the Baltimore arts and what they envisioned for the future. However, after creating the business plan, our team felt like there was an opportunity for us to provide Le Mondo with more impactful artifacts. We went back to the drawing board and created two key visual artifacts to accompany the business plan that would help Le Mondo better connect with their patrons and the greater Baltimore community.
